When my doctor recommended Quality Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, I told him that it was too far from my home, but he assured me that this was the best place for me to improve my strength and endurance. He was certainly right. The entire premises are spotlessly clean, the equipment is new, the staff is competent and attentive. The Program Director, Mountaser, is constantly in the exercise room, helping us and monitoring our well being. We are monitored by EKG machines and our blood pressure is taken 3 times in each session. Attention is paid to hygiene, and we are asked to use hand sanitizer before using each machine. That gives me an added level of confidence. When I said that I might not be able to use the treadmill because of knee and back issues, Mountaser explained that the treadmill walking area is especially padded to accommodate people with some mobility issues. I have walked well with absolutely no difficulty. Today was my last cardiac rebab session...But, lucky me (LOL) I had Covid and it took its toll on my lung issues. Monday, I start my pulmonary rehab stint, and, I'm actually looking forward to it.

I joined the program after having had two stents put in. After two visits I was extremely impressed as it allowed me to develop confidence in my ability to exercise that reflected in my daily routines. Additionally, all the staff were great and always on target.

So, after my heart attack, it was recommended that I go for cardiac rehab. I was skeptical at first since I already belonged to a gym, but I decided to join Quality Medical Fitness. I cannot say enough great things regarding the entire staff. Everyone is very helpful and friendly which is a big part of why I continue to go. I do not look at my workouts as a chore, but as a big part of my weekly routine. The workouts are Cardiopulmonary, so they focus on both heart and lungs. My first week, I was taught how the lungs and heart work together which I found to be very interesting. What I really like about the workouts is they are not just cardio, but also include resistance training for strength. I also have a hectic schedule, but I had no problem scheduling my workouts multiple times per week. Once in a while, I might have to move my appointment time due to work conflicts and they have always been able to accommodate me by finding another time slot. The program I am in includes daily blood pressure, heart rate monitoring, heart monitoring and oxygen level monitoring, with monthly testing for lung capacity, ekg and a Dr. visit to name some of the items. After 1 year, I have decided to continue on with the program. If you or someone you know are looking for this type of health help, I highly recommend Quality Medical Fitness to anyone in need of such services or anyone just wanting to be in a healthy workout program where you are guided and monitored.

I highly recommend Quality Medical’s cardio rehab program. Mountaser Khalifa is its director who designed the program and leads its professional staff. Each patient has a customized program based on their individual needs and medical condition, which is continuously monitored by by physical observation and medical monitors. I was a gym rat prior to my CABGx4, and a bit sceptical of any program, but I’m glad that I attended. They assured steady progress post surgery over the course of 12 weeks, to the point that I’m doing everything I did prior to the surgery. Peace of mind is what the program provides as you’re going through the paces.

My first impression of Quality Medical Fitness was the professionalism of the staff. From the assistants to the director everyone at Quality Medical treated me with compassion and respect. I also love the fact that this facility is exceptionally clean. All of the equipment is sanitized between patients and always in working order. Mountaser, the director, individualized a plan for me and has motivated me to keep moving forward on my journey. I am continuously monitored and my progress has been remarkable. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Quality Medical Fitness and their entire staff. I can’t thank them enough. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
